CITY OF LANGFORD’S ‘FRIDAYS AT THE STATION’ TO KICK OFF THIS WEEK
(Langford, B.C.) – The City of Langford is excited to present another season of ‘Fridays at The Station,’ held every Friday from May 30 to Aug 29, 2025, from 4 p.m. to dusk at The Langford Station, 720 Station Avenue.
Fridays at The Station has become increasingly popular over the past four years, transforming Station Avenue into a vibrant meeting and hangout spot, making it one of the most exciting activities to kick-start the weekend during the summer.
Produced by the Victoria Beer Society, this free, family-friendly, and dog-friendly event series features live music, BC craft beer, food trucks, local art, performances, entertainment for children, and much more!
New this year:
Visitors to the event will experience a farm-to-table focus, offering fresh local produce, alongside the fan-favorite 12-tap truck serving top BC craft beer by the Victoria Beer Society. The event season also includes themed nights designed to bring the community together to celebrate music, art, food, and culture in new and exciting ways, special dates to watch out for include:
- May 30 – Opening night
This year’s season kicks off with musical guests, Capital City Syncopators, entertainment by The Bubble Guy, balloon art and face painting. - June 6 – Pride at The Station
Celebrate with Four Frames Photo Booth, The Bubble Guy, a Drag Show hosted by Leo Moon , and music by Jessica Lydia Benini. Check out the Pride Society booth on-site for resources. - June 13 – The Road to Ska Fest
Featuring Phonosonics and DJ Cabin Fever (aka Caleb Hart) for a night of ska and reggae vibes. - July 25 – Beach Bash
Sand, surf, and summer beats — details coming soon! - August 29 – Common Ground Festival
A celebration of Langford’s cultural diversity with performances by DJ Lala, Poncho, and Shanise.

The Langford Station is Langford’s vibrant Arts and Culture District, home to a community of local artists, retailers, murals, sculptures, and interactive lighting installations. Since its establishment in May of 2022, The Station has hosted numerous other events, including artisan markets, the popular Fridays at the Station gatherings, workshops, The Food Truck and Music Festival, Treat Street Halloween event, and various holiday-themed activities.
The City is developing its first Arts and Culture Strategy to help position and support Langford as a destination for the arts, showcasing and celebrating its diverse cultures.
