THE STATION FOOD TRUCK & MUSIC FESTIVAL SET FOR NEXT WEEKEND

(Langford, B.C.) – The City of Langford is excited to announce the return of the Food Truck and Music Festival for the fourth consecutive year. The festival will take place on Friday, September 19th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, September 20th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Langford Station (720 Station Avenue).

“The annual Food Truck and Music Festival is set to be an exciting weekend for everyone in the community and visitors alike. This event is just one of the many ways Langford celebrates local food and culture said Scott Goodmanson, Mayor of Langford. “With local musicians, delicious food, and fun activities, it’s going to be a weekend you definitely don’t want to miss!”

The festival features over 18 different food trucks and vendors, a beer garden, and games and activities suitable for all ages. Friday night features live music from DJ Cabin Fever, Jaxxee, and LIINKS. Don’t miss local magician Jason Verners performing magic tricks throughout both days of the event. Additionally, participate in various games, and make sure to visit the photo booth to capture the excitement!

To accommodate the large gathering of event attendees, Station Avenue between 741 and 721 Station Avenue will be closed to traffic, starting 7:00 a.m. Friday September 19th and will re-open after 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20th.
